Sendi and Ernest’s wedding in Abuja is one of the many reasons we can’t do without weddings. Sendi and Ernest started as friends attending the same church. In time, they became close friends and started dating.

We never knew it was heavens plan to be together ‘bring Sendi and Ernie together in the strangest circumstance’ In Life, Love is most times not planned, we can help who we fall in love with but when its Gods will we can’t help it.
Love is never planned not does it happen for a reason, but when love is real, it becomes your plan for life and your reason for living… As you are mine….the cutest love stories are the ones that last forever like ours. Thank God for making all things beautiful. Ernie






 Ernest suit was actually designed and made by a friend called Dotun . With a keen eye for good suit, he was able to make something just perfect for himself.

Wedding prep: We knew what we wanted from the moment we got engaged. We wanted a splendid and affordable wedding so we picked flashy but classy colors ( Lavender and Dark fuchsia pink). We had a budget, so needed to keep strict to it. Three things we couldn’t compromise on was our wedding pictures, video, rings and honeymoon. We chose these because they give you memories that would last a lifetime
Budget saving tips: We didn’t want to go over board our budget so we saved money by making the church and the reception in the same place. It was a banquet walk setting but was kept simple. I bought both wedding gowns from an online business shop through aliexpress. On hindsight, I would have loved to work with a planner who would truly help bring my wedding dreams to fruition without having all the stress of planning by myself. I fell ill and was admitted for two days in the hospital because of exhaustion but was glad Ernest took over and did a brilliant job at the end!

Advice to Other Brides: Regardless of how you try, the wedding will come and go and it will be beautiful. Whatever you haven’t done one day to the wedding don’t worry about it. Unless, it’s absolutely important, relax and enjoy. You only do it ( wedding) once ( most times that is , lol)
