Celebrating One Year Of True Love Between Laura and Ivan Pamphile In a 1950’s Inspired Shoot
Hello my lovelies! It’s so lovely to be here again after a brief spell. What better way to open the door of goodness and inspiration than starting with Laura and Ivan Pampile’s one year anniversary shoot. This shoot was 1950’s inspired and comes with a basket full of love. We love their matched up color combo of the simple white and red. Laura and Ivan sure still have this chemistry of love only the both of them can experience.
We are happy to share the one year anniversary photos and story between this lovebirds with you. Be Inspired!
Our names are Laura & Ivan Pamphile. We got married 12/12/13. We met as teenagers at a youth church service. We’ve known each other for 14 years, however, we both lived very separate lives. My husband had 1 child from a previous relationship and I had 2 from my mine. After reuniting, almost 9 years later, we’ve been living our “happily ever after” ever since. We now have a new little one together and are happy to be a beautifully blended family. On our 1 year wedding anniversary, we celebrated our love with an indoor picnic styled photo shoot with a 1950s/Marilyn Monroe theme.
We both love professional photography, so on our 1-year wedding anniversary, we celebrated our love with an indoor picnic styled photo shoot with a 1950s/Marilyn Monroe theme. We used our favorite photographer, Joey Rosado founder of Island Boi Photography. We used him to shoot our wedding so we knew that he could easily captivate our ideas on film. We expressed the images we were going for and the rest was history.
We’re already thinking about how we will celebrate our 2nd anniversary with photography
We used pieces from our wedding in the shoot to make it more memorable. The champagne glasses in the photo were gifted to us after the wedding. The white reception dress, red shoes, his shirt, and wing-tipped shoes were original attire from our wedding. We added a little spin on the style with a few elegant pieces to create an indoor picnic with a 1950’s fashion look.
We’re already thinking about how we will celebrate our 2nd anniversary with photography. I suggested to my husband that we recreate the opening theme from our wedding reception, which was based on the famous movie, “Coming To America”. We think that this will be a tradition that we will continue. Our anniversaries will be celebrated with loving photography that we can collect and continuously remember our reasons for falling in love!
